She was able to help me recognize my weaknesses using the Myers Briggs evaluation process and then always gave me input on how I could achieve my goals. My coach was very detailed and motivated. She constantly knew what my goals were for the week and diligently followed-up on my progress. She would even call me outside of our normal sessions to follow-up on my goals.
